All Essex residents (or EES Students) are invited to join us for our Annual Root Beer Float to kick off our Summer Reading Program "Reading Takes You Places!" held on the Library lawn (or 3rd floor in the event of rain.) Please register the number of children who will attend the Float. 

Children entering grades 1-6* may register for our Summer Reading Challenge at the Float. All those registered who complete 25 hours of reading will be eligible for a free ticket to the Topsfield Fair! Reading Forms must be submitted by August 9th.

*Children entering Grade 6 may choose to do the Elementary Reading Challenge OR the Teen Reading Challenge. They may attend summer events for both age categories.
